Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase of physical products, we will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Fabric must be uncut and unwashed to be eligible for return. Packaged items must be in their original packaging with all original labels. 

Sale items, digital products, and personalized or customized products are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

If the item is returned within the specified window, a refund will be offered to the original card used for purchases minus a $5 card processing fee. This fee accounts for the card processing costs associated with the purchase and return. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
